I live about two hours away from the dealership, so getting there for service appointments is not easy for me. Shortly after purchasing my 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness, I scheduled a service appointment for an issue with the rear driver-side window not rolling down.

Got right in and was taken care of easily. they stated I needed a alignment, but i had just got car aligned in August during a trip,. I refused the alignment and they didn't seem too thrilled about that. But, I really didn't feel it needed it again that soon. But overall, great service.

Shannon is a real asset. Seems like the APP and the dealership computers don’t sync. I could show dealership my confirmation for appointment, they fit me in, but, they didn’t have parts to correct gas cap gasket recall.
My husband had my car there. Everything good except car still has an idiot light on!! Low tire sensor that they evidently missed

I was driving through West Virginia and I ran over a dead deer part of the guarding underneath the vehicle was pulled down and scraping the road. I stopped at Jenkins very nervous and concerned since I was going to Buffalo. They got me in within five minutes. They took care of the problem and were the most courteous and considerate people I have ever met in a car dealership.

I had to bring my car in to have the brakes and rotors replace. First off, I would have to say that the waiting area is extremely clean and comfortable. Second and most important everyone at Jenkins is extremely nice, especially Dina. Not only did Dina set up my appointment but also met with me at the service department to make sure everything went smoothly. I have been buying new cars for 60 years. Your dealership is the only one I have used for all my maintenance and repairs. Everything is great. Price is a little high but not much and your service more than makes up for the difference. And Hunter is great as a service advisor. He personally takes care of me when I come in. Couldn't ask for better. Keep it up, I am a dedicated Jenkins Subaru customer!

Double check everything on paper work a vehicle before signing anything or paying! If not they will be extremely rude when trying to ask after paying.

I had my car serviced, and the service was fine, but the communication was lacking. I left several messages for them, which they’ve never received through an answering service. I had four new tires put on my car because a pothole busted two of them the other two were still in good shape. I spoke directly to a person about this saying I would like to keep the two good tires and when I went to pick it up, they didn’t have any record of that. So my only real complaint is the communication there is lacking.
Came in for a state inspection. No appointment necessary. Probably out of there in less than 30 minutes. Just like their oil changes - able to get in and out quickly with no appointment needed. Friendly people.

They Broke my flex pipe and blamed it on bad gasket had it on the lift and it’s the pipe not gaskets and it wasn’t like that before

Staff very polite. Oil changed. Tire rotation. A good experience apart from being told my tires needed changing. The tires only had 20,000 miles on them. I was told the tires were soft rubber and they wear quicker. I know this is utter rubbish. Thank you Arlene Dewitt
Too many stories of having to return for correction of previous bad/incomplete service. Also, refused to honor $5 discount for oil change because I did not have physical coupon. After 12 years of only coming here for service, I'm done.
Probably the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Service department is horrible. 1st time, gave me car back with grease handprints all over the interior and windows. 2nd time, over inflated my tires by 8psi and got debris in cabin filter when changing it. Customer service does not exist. No smiles, no greeting, nothing.

Arrived 15 min late, and they gladly accommodated me. Utilized the shuttle service to go to mall and back, very efficient. Had to have tires aligned, price seemed reasonable. They recommended engine and cabin filters be replaced, which seemed reasonable since they hadn’t been changed in 40-50k miles. Basic 90,000 mile maintenance cost also seemed reasonable. Staff very friendly and easy to work with. One of the better dealerships I have worked with for servicing my car.

my 2022 Subaru ascent was purchased new from Jenkins Subaru and I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Twice in the last 10 months it has been in their shop for 14 days while they try to figure out what’s wrong with it not once during those two 2 week periods of not having my car was I offered a loaner. No one there seems to care that i purchased a new Subaru and have a car i can’t depend on and won’t drive far from home for fear of it breaking down

Grease was on floor mats, grease on rear seat rear middle seatbelt has unconnected wire in it and laying between rear seat and 3rd row seat.
